We get your website live
Your business name, your logo, your area and photos of your work. A proper site customers can find on Google, with a simple form for enquiries. Already got a logo? We’ll use it.

Enquiries land on your phone
When someone fills in the form on your site, it pings the app straight away. Their name, number, address and what they’re after, all in one place. No more scrolling back through Messenger.

Say the quote
Stood on the driveway or sat in the van, tap the mic and say what the job is and what it’ll cost. TradesDone turns it into a proper quote with your logo on. Check it, then send it.

Job done? Say the invoice
Say “bill Mrs Smith for the patio” and the invoice is made from the quote. It’s emailed to the customer with your bank details on, so they can pay you by bank transfer.

Which plan do I need?
Just want quotes and invoices? Start on Free, and move to App (£9 a month) when you need more than 5 invoices a month. Want customers to find you on Google and send enquiries? Go for Website (£29 a month, plus a one-off build from £299).
What does the voice bit actually do?
You talk, it writes. Say who the job is for, what you did and what it costs. TradesDone fills in a quote or invoice for you to check before anything gets sent.
Will it get things wrong?
Nothing goes to a customer until you’ve had a look and tapped send. If it’s misheard something, fix it with a tap.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It’s your business name, your logo and your work, and your web address is registered in your name. If you ever leave, it stays yours.
Does it work on any phone?
Yes. iPhone or Android.
What about Making Tax Digital?
Every job, quote and invoice is saved digitally as you go. Export them to Xero or QuickBooks, or send them to your accountant, and your quarterly updates are much less of a scramble. TradesDone doesn’t file with HMRC itself.
